Customer Service Representative: (Posted Oct 30, 2015)

In the property and real estate industry, outstanding customer service is essential. Much of our efforts go into ensuring the customer is satisfied with their purchase and can contact us with any questions. This is a challenging task to pull off, and we need experienced individuals to help maintain our high level of customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all customer inquiries and communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization's internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.

Qualifications

  • Required to have 2 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience.
  • Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
  • Must be bilingual with data base management experience.

  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service
  • Regularly provides feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the customer service department’s policies and procedures.
  • Adheres to all corporate policies, guidelines and statutory requirements and recommends to senior management adoption and/or changes to policies and guidelines to reflect circumstances within the customer service area.
  • Responsible for actively ensuring the retention of the organization’s customer base which includes promoting the organization to existing customers.

In the property and real estate industry, data is key. Much of our efforts go into ensuring the information we provide our end users is up-to-date. This is a challenging task to pull off, and we need experienced individuals to help update and maintain our databases.

Responsibilities

  • Perform extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database applications.
  • Audit data on a regular bases to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Assist in maintenance, back up, and security of business data.
  • Assist in implementation, testing, and validating data and software systems.
  • Testing in systems to ensure non-corrupted/inaccurate data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Information Sciences.
  • 2-4 minimum years of professional experience with data implementation.
  • Proficient use of MySQL queries and database creation.
  • Knowledge of the SDLC life cycle

  • Excellent use of PowerPoint & slideshows to show database design & data reports.
  • Well-spoken in front of team members & clients.
  • Attention to critical detail, ability to stay organized at all times.
  • Organized & fiscally responsible.
